Mike is an English impressionist and landscape photographer living in Israel for the past 32 years. He has a particular interest in motion and long exposure images. The power of images fascinate him – both as an art form and a means of communication.
Many of his images capture motion – either where the subject itself is in motion or when the camera is intentionally moved during the exposure to give an illusion of movement.
Mike works with both a modern medium format digital camera (typically paired with vintage 1960s lenses) and a variety of film cameras including a 1950s folding Mamiya 6 camera (6×6) and a Linhof 612PCii Panoramic camera (6×12).
